The Teen Stress Less Series is a four-session small group designed to help teens develop essential mindfulness and meditation skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and ease. Through guided meditation, breathwork, stress-reduction techniques, and self-reflection, each session provides practical tools to promote emotional well-being, focus, and resilience. Teens will learn how to: ✔ Understand and manage stress more effectively ✔ Practice mindfulness techniques for calming the mind and body ✔ Build emotional awareness and self-compassion ✔ Improve focus and reduce anxiety through breathwork ✔ Develop daily habits that support mental and emotional well-being Each participant receives personalized guidance and take-home handouts, including breathing exercises, stress trackers, and mindfulness strategies they can use anytime. This series is ideal for teens looking to feel more in control of their emotions, reduce overwhelm, and cultivate a sense of inner balance. Sessions are available in-person or virtually.
